comment “swap” and I’ll send you the full OpenClaw setup ⚡ Grok Bot is getting hyped everywhere right now and I’m still not switching 😬 It’s genuinely cool. Always-on AI teammates with their own cloud computer, they keep working when you close your laptop, and it’s easy to set up. But it gives you no model picker. You’re locked into one model for everything. OpenClaw takes a day to set up and I run it in Telegram, where I can switch between Claude, OpenAI, Grok, Gemini, cheaper models, even local ones. Models leapfrog each other constantly, so being stuck with one is the thing I’d never trade for convenience. Grok Bot wins on convenience. OpenClaw wins long term for me!! Always-on AI agents are powerful. Setting up cloud VMs, installing agents and connecting everything yourself? Less appealing. Ulysses Maclaren and Calum Simpson look at Grok Bot and how it compares with tools like OpenClaw and Hermes. Grok Bot handles the infrastructure behind the scenes while giving its agent a VM where it can browse websites, click links and run terminal commands. The trade-off is price. For technical users, configuring your own agent may still make more sense. For everyone else, removing the infrastructure could be the feature that matters most. 🤖 #grok #grokbot #aiagents #agenticai #openclaw
